Returns

If your Flippy arrives damaged or you’re not happy with it, email info@buyflippy.com within 30 days of delivery and we’ll make it right — refund or replacement.

Order changes / cancellations

Request changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order (before it ships). After that we may not be able to stop the package.
